La Merce & Aigues
Last week the festival La Merce was celebrated here in Barcelona. They had a lot of music events, art and cultural shows around the city. I have unfortunately got a bit of a flu and didn't participate in many of the events, but got at least to check out some of them!
On Thursday, the last night of the celebrations there was a huge firework show down at Placa Espanya!
On Friday night we went to discover the surroundings, and found our way up to Carretera De Les Aigues, which is a long trail on a mountain behind the city. It was absolutely amazing up there! Perfect for bicycling and running or just go for walks! Can't complain to have an awesome view out over the city as well! Definitely going back up there!
